Pro: Terrazza con vista mozzafiato su Rapallo e sul mare. Salotto moderno, spazioso, con vista e dotato di climatizzatore, tapparelle elettriche e la Smart tv. Proprietario disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Garage privato piccolo ma veramente strategico considerando la mancanza di posteggi di Rapallo.
Contro: Poco cura dei dettagli: la terrazza non attrezzata e non spazzata, in cucina ci sono prodotti scaduti avanzati da precedenti ospiti, spugnette vecchie, lavatrice arrugginita e attacco del doccino rotto e quindi da tenere in mano mentre ci si lava. Piccoli dettagli che non hanno pregiudicato il soggiorno ma considerato il prezzo penso si possa fare un pochino di più.

Siamo stati molto bene
Pro: La vista sul golfo, l'appartamento, comodo e con tutti i servizi-letto comodo, balcone immenso, non molto distante dal centro anche a piedi.
Contro: Unico neo il garage: positivo che ci fosse un posto auto chiuso ma difficile fare manovra con un'auto media. Trovato qualche difficoltà nell'apertura e chiusura.

Great location perfect for a short stay in rapallo
Pro: The apartment is in a great location with a fantastic view we loved it. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was very comfortable in the living room as we like to watch Netflix on the evening but the bedroom bed was also comfortable. Great kitchen and dining area all very modern
Contro: Bathroom could do with an update abit unkept compared to rest of apartment but nothing that would effect your stay just a person preference We had no issue however the apartment is up a hill and the lift to the apartment is small so wheelchair etc may not be suitable just a heads up There is some stairs just down the hill from the apartment which cut out the steep hill very handy

A great apartment with stunning views, but some maintenance is needed
Pro: The balcony is very big and the views are fantastic. The lounge is very nicely designed and decorated.
Contro: The bathroom needs to be refurbished, as the shower leaks and is not very nice to use. The kitchen would benefit from fixing the cupboards. The owner’s items and cleaning stuff was left in a number of locations on balconies in an untidy way.

Pro: Die große Terrasse und die super tolle Aussicht. Die Wohnung gut eingerichtet .
Contro: Das nur Italienische Sender waren . Das es nicht richtig gereinigt wurde, die Zimmer. Und im Bad die Dusche leicht defekt war und paar andere Auffälligkeiten im Bad.

Pro: Прекраснейший вид с террассы. Просторные чистые аппартаменты. Недалеко от центра города. В каждой комнате кондиционер. В кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и капсульная кофемашина. Хорошоя связь с владельцем квартиры через WatsApp: у нас дважды отключалось электричество, хозяин сразу отвечал, как это исправить. Очень рекомендую аппартаменты!
Contro: Подъезд к дому в горку по узкой извилистой улочке , с 2 глухими поворотами. Вьезд в гараж не очень удобный, т.к дорога достаточно узкая , и на ней всегда припаркованы машины и мотоциклы. Большую машину в гараж сложно парковать.

Pro: Het uitzicht was prachtig ,een mooi ingericht appartement!!
Contro: De badkamer is gedateerd, en er waren geen kussens op het houten buitenmeubel die overigens ook hars vlekken gaf op je kleding . Wel jammer omdat de eerste foto op booking.com juist aangeeft dat er hele gezellige kussen bij zitten !!!

Pro: Bardzo duży taras z fantastycznym widokiem na zatokę aż do Portofino.Wyposażenie apartamentu zapewnia absolutną wygodę.Komunikacja z właścicielem super.Serdecznie polecam.
