Ottima vista

Pro: Bellissima vista dalla terrazza, appartamento molto spazioso che permette privacy anche se si è in gruppo.

Contro: Parcheggio molto limitato. Suggerisco di lasciare almeno una bottiglia di acqua per l’arrivo.

More than fully recommend

Pro: Everything was amazing. The apartment is more than fully equipped. The view and terrace was more than fantastic (better than pictures). Excellent contact with Gianluca in case of any request. Parking was extremely needed and perfect.

Prachtig

Pro: Het Uitzicht vanaf het grote terras was fenomenaal en de afmeting van het appartement was gewoon goed. 2 grote 2p slaapkamers en een reserve kamertje met een klein bed/bedbank, Rapallo en omgeving zijn prachtig

Contro: De parkeergelegenheid onderaan het gebouw gaf wat frictie met de bewoners, wij hebben daar onze auto gezet maar dat was blijkbaar niet de bedoeling. De bewoners plakten dagelijks een briefje op onze wagen met hun beklag. Niet erg netjes van ons maar voor een appartement aan dit bedrag vonden wij recht te hebben op parking. Ergens anders parkeren was eigenlijk ook niet mogelijk. Iets voor de eigenaar van het appartement om goed te regelen!

Contro: Parkering er en udfordring, forstået på den måde at hvis der er plads inde i gården er der en parkeringsplads ellers ikke.

Pro: Das Highlight ist die sehr große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Rapallo. In der Wohnung ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.

Contro: Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

The most amazing view

Pro: First off, the view really is that great! The balcony is massive and just wonderful. The rest of the apartment is nicely done with AC in all the room except the smallest bedroom.

Contro: This apartment really just comes with the view: no tea/coffee, no paper towels, no laundry detergent for the washer. While those are are small things, this apartment is located about 10-15 minutes walking from any shops. My expectation is that if a washer is listed as an amenity that there would also be detergent.

Pro: the terrace was huge with amazing views. apartment was very clean and spacious and in a great location. the check in/out process was seamless!
