Esperienza eccezionale. Proprietari molto cordiali, massima pulizia e confort.

Pro: Eccezionale, ogni angolo della casa è godibile e ben curato in ogni dettaglio. L'accurata pulizia e la terrazza che si affaccia sui tetti del centro storico di Modena sono sicuramente il valore aggiunto della sistemazione.

We love the unit and where it stood. Nice welcome gesture with a bottle of wine & chips for our enjoyment.

Pro: Location!!!! Few step away from Piazza Grande. Many nice restaurant nearby. Cafe opens early for coffee. Most of them open by 7:30/8am. Super comfortable bed too. Free parking is convenient. Can drop luggages near the accommodation and park outside city center. Easy communication via what’s app!!

Contro: Terrible water pressure. Water drips not flow. Difficult to get my hair washed. Took almost 30mins versus my usual 10mins wash. Definitely need to improve on this. A friendly staff helped carried my heavy , big luggage up to 5th floor but not easy coming down by myself on check out. Elderly or people with big luggages need to be aware.

Pro: Outstanding property in superb location. The apartment is stunning; everything is provided and in perfect condition. The balcony is fabulous; it has table, chairs and sun lounge chairs.

Magic time in Modena!

Pro: We had a beautiful time in Modena thanks to Maddalena & her lovely apartment. Everything was thought of, comfortable bed, lovely linen, snacks & condiments. Also recommendations for restaurants. The fabulous Mercado Albinelli is so close & Maddalena’s local knowledge was invaluable.

Perfect!

Pro: The property was in a fantastic location, right next to the main piazza. Very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of lambrusco and snacks which was very nice! very quiet apartment, comfortable beds and a big terrace. would definitely stay again.

Pro: Very good apartment. Great location, right next to the main square and the cathedral. Comfortable, clean apartment, with new equipment. Very well equipped kitchen. Terrace, where you can have breakfast or sit on a sun lounger with a glass of wine. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks, which was a great gift. Coffee and tea available.. Perfect place.

Contro: Apartment is on the 4th floor but it can be treated as everyday gym ;-)

A must stay here apartment - gorgeous and with the loveliest hosts!

Pro: An absolutely beautiful apartment - the hosts were so gracious and kind and had laid out a bottle of wine for us as a welcome. The kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked with items for breakfast including croissants, tea and coffee. The decor in the bedrooms and throughout the apartment were gorgeous. They had different coloured towels ready for the 4 of us which was a lovely touch too. The hosts were truly fabulous - helping us find an appropriate parking spot and making sure we were super comfortable. It really enhanced our stay in Modena. Thank you so much!!

Contro: Loved everything in the apartment. If I had to find a downside, it would be that there is no elevator and it's on the top floor so lugging bags up is a bit of a pain. But otherwise - superb.

Modern apartment in Modena

Pro: Marco made sure we knew how best to get to the property and gave many good recommendations. personally met by Madallena and taken to the property ... wonderful roof terrace which was extremely peaceful at night! right in the centre of Modena surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes and shops

Contro: 82 stairs to the property... on 4th floor .. clue in the name L'Attico del Duomo 😀

Excellent accommodation in Modena.

Pro: The host was very welcoming, helpful, responsive and generous. We were greeted with a beautiful bottle of wine, snacks and lots of breakfast items. The property was spotless with modern appliances and very well appointed. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The location is the absolute best with restaurants literally at your door and many more surrounding plus lots of shopping. We highly reconnected Attico Del Duomo. We will be back!
