Caratteristico
Pro: Una piccola chicca tra le colline, con una vista dai colli che si estende fino a vedere il mare, in verità a 10 minuti dal mare. La casa è una struttura tipica. Datata ma provvista di tutto e tenuta bene. Stupende le finestrone. Per la comodità dipende dalle esigenze. È comunque una casa sulla collina.
Contro: Se dovessi starci più di un weekend scomodo andare avanti e indietro per la collina tutti i giorni

Pro: Il pass per il parcheggio gratuito a Levanto è comodissimo, inoltre la casa, che ha una bella vista sulla valle fino al mare, è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare, biancheria per il bagno e anche elementi base come olio, aceto, sale, caffè e una fresca bottiglia d'acqua gradita a noi viaggiatori accaldati. La signora Franca ci ha accolto con i limoni dei suoi alberi e tanta cortesia.
Contro: La piccola discesa verso la casa che è un po' ripida, ma basta fare attenzione e inoltre NON è sdrucciolevole e questo è ottimo.

Pro: Posto tranquillo in posizione strategica per visitare le 5 Terre. La signora Franca ci ha accolti in una casetta provvista di tutti i confort e soprattutto pulitissima! Straconsigliato, se dovessi tornare da quelle parti soggiornero' di nuovo lì.

Pro: Being in the middle of nature not too far from town but far enough to be in peaceful surroundings. Very clean, warm, secure, lots of kitchen utensils to cook and a washing machine.
Contro: Access is only on foot and it was difficult to find it on the first day.

Modest only at first glance
Pro: It is situated in Levanto, which is, as we later realized, very convinient for visiting 5terre, the place is reachable by car, the roads are not as bad as someone wrote, the fridge is not noisy anymore (it looks new - maybe that's the reason), the terrace is a plus of this old furnished apartment, if you stay out or go to day treks this isn't bother you at all, the bathroom has it all, cleanliness and comfort, there are a lot of dishes, toaster, ...
Contro: Well we stayed mostly in the nature, which is, by the way, beautiful and unspoilt, but personally, as a very non-smoking person, I was a bit bothered by the smell of cigarettes, we open the windows, do the quick ventilation and it was ok

Pro: Amazing view, clean appartement and very nice/helpful hosts. Can seem a bit far from Levanto city of the map but it is less than 10minutes by car. Really appreciated the pass to park almost anywhere in Levanto for free. Recommended.

Pro: Un séjour à la casa Maria se mérite, une route sinueuse mais assez pratiquable vous y emmène. Vous trouverez votre casa sur place, non pas en levant la tête sur les maisons perchées en hauteur, mais bien en descendant le petit chemin bétonné en contrebas à vos pieds. La vue est assez spectaculaire du logement, mieux que sur les photos. Nous reviendrons sûrement ici pour un prochain séjour dans la région

Zajímavé ubytování, ale jen pro dobře pohyblivé osoby vlastnící spíše menší auta.
Pro: +velmi přátelská majitelka +typický dům se starším ale funkčním zařízením +krásná, romantická lokalita - na strmém kopci nad městem, v noci klid +majitelka poskytuje kartu pro parkování ve městě
Contro: - zařízení nemá klimatizaci - zařízení nemá parkoviště - parkuje se na úzké silnici, je tak úzká, že se zde jezdí kyvadlově - přístup k domu - auto je nutné nechat na silnici a do domu dojít prutce se svažující cestou, nevhodné pro špatně pohyblivé osoby
