Pro: appartamento moderno con tutti i confort, luminoso,spazioso, pulito, letto comodo, vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia.

Pro: Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla spiaggia.Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito.Zona perfetta tranquilla e silenziosa.Possibilita' di lasciare auto in garage.Un plus non da poco.Partenza traghetto per le 5 terre a pochi minuti..Tutto perfetto.

Moderna spaziosa in ottima posizione

Pro: Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Ambienti moderni e spaziosi. Ottima la presenza di 2 bagni.

Contro: Pareti spoglie. Appenderei qualche stampa di Levanto per rendere gli ambienti più accoglienti. La ventola di areazione di un bagno era rumorosa.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay in this superb apartment - highly recommended.

Pro: Very straightforward collecting the keys from the agent and clear instructions given on how to get to the apartment. Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is in a gated very secure complex. Fantastic views from the huge comfortably furnished private roof terrace. A very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good showers and comfortable beds. Secure underground car park. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the station for trains to the Cinqueterre.

Contro: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great location

Pro: Modern apartment, the location was fantastic, a few minutes walk into town and the beach and the agency where you collect/drop off the keys. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Very light and airy in the living area/kitchen. The sleeping quarters (downstairs) were extremely spacious, bathrooms again were spotlessly clean. At check-in we were provided with a plug-in wifi device (at no extra charge) which worked fine.

Contro: I'd just say that the staircase was a little difficult to get the suitcase down, and maybe not the best for really young children either, although we were all fine (adults plus children 12 and 8 years). The one TV was in one of the bedrooms and not either of the living areas.

Ice family or for couples apt, but not close without walking to restaurants and train station .

Pro: Apt was clean with new furnishings and appliances. Location was tricky to find since we came in after hours and was only given an envelope with keys, with brief directions.

Contro: Supplies were sparse, i.e. trash bags, dish washer soap, so we notified the agency that they were needed and they promptly attended to our needs.

Overall a very enjoyable stay

Pro: Nice modern well equiped two bedroom apartment. Girls at the agency were very helpful and offered excellent restaurant suggestions.

Contro: Air con didn’t seem to work. Church bells chiming every 15mins all night long is a negative not the fault of the owners. A little far from the station.

Pro: The apartment is very big and comfortable. A kitchen is well equippped. Additionally there is a microwave oven and an electric grill. A bed in a bed room is comfortable. There is a huge terrace with one sofa, two armchairs, a tabel and chairs. A garage is available. There is an elevator in the building. It's comfortable when you need to take your luggage from a car to the apartment. The building and an apartment are new. The building is quite close to the beach. Ladies in the office are super kind, they explain everything and are eager to help when there is any problem. All in all it was a very pleasant stay in this comfortable apartment and beautiful town.

Contro: One has to pay additionally for a garage ie. 20 EUR per day. Generally this problem concerns the whole town - parking places are very expensive. A sofa is comfortable only for one person. The other side of the sofa is too hard to sleep on it. Two fixed air conditioners ie. in a living room and in a bed room are not efficient enough. Maybe they need some repair. There is one additional, portable air conditioner that works very well. The light on the terrace is out of order. We needed to change a router to get the access to the internet. It turned out several of them were out of order (poor data transfer). Router should have been checked by the staff before.

Spacious apartment near town and beach. Quite basic facilities but had a great stay

Pro: Quite spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. Great location near town and beach. Balcony with nice view at back

Contro: Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work but we managed without. No room cleaning, clean towels etc for the 6 nights we were there. Was a small fridge but would have been good to have a few other facilities eg kettle/ coffee/ cups/glasses Also only 1 chair on balcony. Shower gel/soap in plastic sachets rather than dispensers which would be better for environment etc

we enjoyed our stay here and loved Levanto. Would come back.

Pro: lovely light 1 bedroomed flat. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. nice little balcony to sit on for a morning cup of coffee and listen to the church bells.

Contro: The bathroom was open plan to the main bedroom and the main bedroom had no lock. Not much privacy.
