La tua casa con giardino a 2 passi dal centro

Pro: Il loft è un monolocale a zone dedicate di recente ed elegante ristrutturazione, annesso a una bella antica palazzina abitata dai proprietari e circondato da un giardino tenuto molto bene. La zona è vicinissima al centro, ma trovandosi la villa in una via chiusa da un lato al traffico automobilistico, risulta piacevolmente tranquilla. La casa è molto luminosa e dotata di ogni confort. In più, pur non essendo previsti pasti, i proprietari, gentilissimi e premurosi, ci hanno rifornito di caffè e tè, fette biscottate, marmellate,succhi di frutta,panna per la prima colazione. Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato acqua e bevande varie, tramezzini (confezionati) già pronti e altri generi alimentari. Naturalmente erano presenti cucina per la cottura a induzione oltre a macchina per il caffè espresso e cappuccino, bollitore, macchina per i toast.

Contro: Niente, tutto perfetto

Pro: We were traveling for a half marathon, and our hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even providing us with food after the race, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was an amazing experience overall. I would 100% recommend staying here and would gladly come back again.

Pro: Top gastvrouw en gastheer. Prima ontvangst en omer waren ook wat koekjes en eten voorzien om mee te starten. Staan.altijd klaar als er iets is of je een vraag hebt en voor een leuke babbel. Appartement (loft)is goed uitgerust en de ligging is echt top. Vlakbij het centrum en heerlijk rustig.

Contro: Keuken is prima in orde maar enkel.om iets eenvoudig te koken of op te warmen.

Modena y su casita del parque. Súper recomendable

Pro: Un departamento muy lindo, moderno y en un entorno bello rodeado de un jardín precioso. Ideal para dos personas. Muy bien equipado. Con ventiladores potentes para refrescar el ambiente. Los anfitriones nos dieron un AA portátil la segunda noche. Barrio súper seguro y tranquilo para descansar. A mano de todo y con buena conexión de transporte publico. Los anfitriones de lujo, atentos y a disposición.

Contro: No tiene Aire Acondicionado split, sería un buen plus para la categoría del Depto. Lo comento como sugerencia.

Pro: A beautiful renovated apartment in Modena. Quiet, with a beautiful garden, and still very close to the city center. Amazing hosts (left some snacks, water, and two delicious homemade cakes during my stay). I found free parking just next to the apartment on the street. I had a wonderful stay, can't wait to come back :)
