Truly stunning views with a vintange cozy touch

Pro: The house is a good example of vacation properties left nearly intact from the magic 70sh. A great mix of authentic colorful floors, ceiling fans for the summer (there’s no air conditioning), and objects from the owners’ family (such as record players and telescopes) literally made our weekend. The terrace was huge, surrounded by privacy, silence and sea. Quiet, intimate, with a vintage touch. A truly magic vacation experience with truly stunning views.

Contro: Unfortunately, a sea storm made it impossible to access the court pool and the beach through the cable car. That would have been a further magic experience. Bathrooms may need some fixing.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views and adventurous access to the sea!

Pro: Beautiful light and airy apartment perched above the sea with stunning views to Portofino, Chiavari and beyond. Cable car down to the pool, private access to the sea. Plenty of space to relax on the rocks and ladders into the water. Large terrace and front room, great for eating, relaxing and watching the world go by. Two big double bedrooms with fabulous views, plus a much smaller single room. Small but well equipped kitchen. Garage parking for a small car.

Contro: Access to both the apartment and sea is not straightforward. Driving down to the apartment means navigating a number of steep slopes in both forward and reverse gears to negotiate the hairpin bends. Access to the pool and sea is via a cable car and several steep flights of steps. Great for the adventurous, more challenging for those with small children or limited mobility.

Pro: Die Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn! Die Wohnung im original Zustand der 60er/ 70er hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter.

Contro: Man könnte die Matratzen mal erneuern:) aber ansonsten hat für uns alles gepasst!

Vue sur la mer et Portofino à couper le souffle

Pro: La vue sur la mer partout où l'on regarde, la grande terrasse ombragée bien équipée, le tourne-disque vintage, la verdure autour.

Contro: Salles de bain complètement vétustes. La propreté très moyennes (poussière sur les meubles, sous les lits, toiles d'araignées). Les environs de la propriété sont mal soignés. Le box de parking quasiment inutilisable si vous avez une grosse voiture. Et surtout la magnifique plage privée fermée cette année en raison d'une tempête qui a endommagé la falaise. Nous aurions aimé connaître cette information avant de réserver 😐 c'est notre 3ème visite à Tigullio Rocks (3 appartements différents) et à chaque fois nous avions adoré les après-midi sur les rochers en bas au bord de l'eau. Déçus cette année.

Pro: Przepiękny widok z tarasu!! Widać Portofino, Santa Margherita i Chiavari. Bardzo przestronny apartament z 3 sypialniami i 2 łazienkami. Jak planujesz wynająć samochód lub przyjechać własnym to im mniejsze auto tym wygodniej :)

Pro: Fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer, grosse Terrasse, ruhige Umgebung, privater Zugang zum Meer, zuvorkommende Vermieterin

Contro: Mangelhafte Sauberkeit (das Geschirr mussten wir zuerst abwaschen, sowie Badezimmer und Küche putzen), in einem der Badezimmer fehlte ein Duschvorhang, verstopfte Abflüsse, Flecken an Bettwäsche. Ab- und Aufstieg mit Auto ohne Auto-Hold nicht zu empfehlen (sehr steil mit engen Kurven). Betten nur mässig bequem.

Contro: maybe need to change the mattress and the garage parking took some time :)
