Pro: Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità dell'host che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Terrazzo vista mare molto bello, salotto accogliente e materasso molto comodo!

Pro: The apartment has perfect location. Its just 10 minutes by walk from the historical central, just by the beach. There are lot of shops and some nice restaurants around. There are 3 rooms in the apartment where we could comfortably sleep and had some private space. The kitchen is very small, but there is beautiful and big terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners all together. The view from the terrace is amazing! Communication with owners was perfect whole time.

Die Terrasse als Grund diese Wohnung zu wählen

Pro: Die Terrasse mit Blick übers Meer direkt an der Uferpromenade ist der Trumpf dieser Wohnung. Obwohl gerade hinter dem Haus eine Hauptstrasse ist, ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Aufenthalt ist angenehm, wenn es auch der Wohnung an Stil fehlt. Vieles ist etwas abgewohnt oder nur provisorisch repariert Der Preis ist für eine teure Destination ok. Das Restaurant Conte Max im Nachbarhaus ist sehr gut und dort kann man auch eine Pizza holen und auf der Terrasse essen. Zum Bahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten.

Contro: Für mich stehen in der Wohnung zu viele Dinge rum, die man irgend einmal gebraucht hat und wieder gebrauchen könnte. Dafür ist aber fast alles vorhanden. Das eine oder andere könnte ersetzt oder fachmännisch (statt provisorisch) repariert werden (Duschschlauch, Spülkasten, Fensterladen, Geschirr und Frotteewäsche wie vom Flohmarkt, Balkongeländer).

Die Dachterrasse macht den Unterschied. Das Highlight schlechthin.

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der Uferpromenade. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, die wir sehr genutzt haben, wenn wir nicht am Strand lagen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit mit allem. Uns halfen sie am ersten Tag mit dem Geschirrspüler auf die Sprünge.

Contro: Wer Straßenlärm nicht gewöhnt ist, wir in dieser Wohnung Herausforderungen beim Schlafen haben. Auch das direkt benachbarte Restaurant ist sehr laut, allerdings bis spätestens 23 Uhr ist von dort auch Ruhe.

Pro: Emplacement idéal de cet appartement avec une terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la mer. L’appartement est grand et bien agencé. Emplacement pour une voiture.

Contro: Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et nous n’avons pas été prévenu en avance, petit point négatif quand on vient de l’étranger.

Pro: Magnifique ! Un appartement ou les photos ne mentent pas voir même il est mieux en vrai ! La famille de mimmo et lui même sont très gentils, ils habitent à l'étage du dessous ce qui est très pratique en cas de question ou autre. La vue est spectaculaire et l'appartement très confortable (gros + aussi pour la climatisation et le lit très confortable) Je recommande sans hésiter !

Wonderful authentic Italian apartment

Pro: Such a gorgeous authentic Italian apartment with everything we could need for a 2 night stay, (wish we had longer!) even down to simple things like hand soap, toilet roll, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid. Makes a big difference with little added extras like this. The view from the terrace is stunning, you can see the whole bay(which makes the 4 flights of stairs to the top of the building worth it!!) it had table/chairs, a lounger and small sofa so plenty of outdoor options too. Clean and simply wonderful, would love to stay again. Lorenzo was so helpful with getting us into the apartment, especially as we were delayed arriving with traffic from France! Parking space right outside which was perfect!

Contro: The 4 flights if stairs can be hard work with luggage and the heat! There is a lift but we weren’t brave enough for it! Nothing we didn’t like!

Pro: Die Zimmer waren größer als auf den Fotos ersichtlich,

Appartement tout confort et séjour exceptionnel. A réserver pour un prochain séjour.

Pro: La terrasse avec vue sur la baie, un régal au petit déjeuner.
