Pro: Casa accogliente super pulita appena ristrutturata, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile! Attrezzata di tutto per una famiglia seggiolone spondina e addirittura un accessorio per il bagnetto in doccia, insomma tutto perfetto.

Eccellente! Ridefinisce lo standard di ospitalità
Pro: Tutto! Gaia molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è stata rinnovata di recente ed è arredata con gusto e presenta tutti i confort. La zona è ottima per i servizi a distanza di pochi metri, in una zona moderna facilmente accessibile in auto. Il centro storico è a dirci minuti a piedi. In casa c'è veramente tutto l'occorrente, anche i calici per un brindisi o un bel frigo doppio! Personalmente penso ridefinisca le mie aspettative per come debba essere gestito un appartamento per questo tipo di soggiorni

Pro: Appartamento nuovo ben fornito di tutti i comfort sopratutto elettrodomestici. Posizione ottima. Gaia molto gentile. Ci ha fatto trovare anche kit bambino.
Contro: Pochi bicchieri- tazze-cucchiaini soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi

A home away from home
Pro: The apartment is a hidden gem with everything one could possibly want from a vacation home. The communication with Gaia was very easy and helpful. The apartment is perfectly located right next to 2 supermarkets and about 10min walking distance from the beach side. The interior is modern, clean and very thoughtful put together. Want to cook? The kitchen has everything you need. Want to go to the beach and relax? There is a beach set with a parasol and blankets provided. Want to slow down? Try looking at the stars at night from the balcony or sleeping in on the comfortable beds. Want to explore the region? Find your destination while browsing the info material about trips and sights. The parking box and the short distance to the train station make it possible to reach many different places in a short amount of time. Despite the close distance to the train we only ever heard it while being on the balcony. We loved our stay here and are hoping to visit again.

Superb flat!
Pro: Flat was new, clean and well equipped! There were even walking sticks! Gaia the land lady was super helpfull and gave good restaurant hints.

Grosszügige Wohnung, tolle Gastgeberin
Pro: Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Sie ist gross, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber sowohl Bahnhof als auch Altstadt sind zu Fuss rasch erreichbar. Gleich neben der Wohnung ist ein grosser Coop der jeden Tag bis am Abend spät offen ist. Gaia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir waren über Weihnachten da und sie hat uns sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum in die Wohnung gestellt!! Die Kommunikation mit ihr war unkompliziert und sie hat auf Fragen von uns rasch reagiert. Bei einem technischen Problem war sie sofort vor Ort um es zu lösen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Appartement in sehr praktischer Lage, mit allem ausgestattet.
Pro: Geräumiges und modernes Appartement in sehr praktischer Lage. 10 Minuten fußläufig zur Innenstadt, zum Strand und zum Bahnhof. Von dort per Zug alle Attraktionen der Küstenregion bequem zu erreichen. Geschäfte und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Sehr weiches und bequemes Bett, viel Ausstattung vorhanden. Gastgeberin Gaia gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen, bei Fragen war sie stets zu Stelle.
Contro: Durch die Nähe zur Zuglinie sind Ohrenstöpsel für nachts eine gute Empfehlung, falls man bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ruhig, man könnte natürlich auch die Airconditioning Unit anschalten bei Bedarf.

Perfekt!
Pro: Modern, geräumig, super (!) sauber! Für Kleinkinder ebenso alles vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug, Wickelauflage, Babystuhl. Traumhaft! Die Vermieterin war so so nett!
