Pro: Appartamento nuovo e in posizione comodissima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino alla stazione Proprietaria gentilissima

Pro: appartamento confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato.. unica difficoltà il parcheggio.

Ho trascorso tre giorni piacevoli in questa casa. La struttura è molto pulita, buon curata e conforme alla descrizione.

Anche la proprietaria è stata molto gentile, disponibile e rispettosa. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca comfort e tranquillità.

Very nice

Pro: The property is really close to the center of Rapallo. You can join it by walk. The property is really clean and well stocked with the essential things.

Contro: The location is on an uphill street. The only downside is that there’s no parking, as the available spaces are for residents only. It can be difficult to find a spot in the area if you arrive by car although the place is still easy to reach.

Pro: The location was very good, the room , the amenities

Contro: Strong smell of some aromatic staff when you enter apartment . No option to leave the luggage for couple hours after check out.

Pro: Very well maintained, stylish, looks like new apartment. With cozy balcony for evening dinner. Location is perfect, quiet area, just a few minutes away form central area with all those cute mini stores and cafes, main beach with fancy reastaurants also easy reachable. Train station is nearby, but can't hear any noise. Building is about 100 meters uphill, but it's not that steep. Has washer and dryer.

Contro: Car parking is tricky, but it is tricky in all Italy, right? :) Try to find a public spot next to building, watch out for lines and signs. Building has a few spots in the inside yard (5-6 cars) and we were lucky enough to park there. So, good luck! :)

Pro: Location is so close to city center and train station. Apartment is well designed. Owner of place is so friendly and helpful, immediately replied our questions with also suggestions, thanks a lot 😀

Pro: Nagyon szép, modern, tiszta apartman, csendes környezetben. A vonatállomás pár perc sétával elérhető volt, a tengerparti sétány kb. 10 perc alatt. Tökéletes volt számunkra az elhelyezkedése. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves és kommunikatív volt, ami nagyon megkönnyítette a szállás elfoglalását.
