Incredible views

Pro: Amazing views from the apartment and plenty of storage room. Very well appointed.

Contro: Discovered a lift from the street so you don't have to walk up the steep hill after a few days.

Pro: The check-in was dead easy. We arrived at Rapallo a little earlier than expected, and after confirming with the cleaning staff that the property was ready, we were allowed to do an early check-in. Gabriele met us at the property. He was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The apartment is spacious, the main bed is very comfortable, and the view is.... stunning. The entire property has an 80/90s vibe that suits the town. All the appliances we tried worked well, namely the A/C (a must). Being a little far from the town center (something we enjoy), you only need to walk 5 minutes to get to the nearest free beach (there's an umbrella on the property) or beach club.

Contro: A few minor details, easily fixable, left a dent in the experience. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning. I immediately stumbled across dirty glasses and plates. The cutlery's shelf was greasy, and so were some pans. And then, there was ONE dishwasher tablet in the property for a four-night stay... There were no extra towels. It won't hurt to leave a spare set.

Contro: Overall great apartment

Great for families, beautiful view!

Pro: The location was on a hill, but we loved the walk to town and the view. We found a small public beach close by with seaside beach club restaurants. The feel of the apartment was homely and had lots of character. Gabriele was super responsive and very helpful.

Contro: We visited at the hottest time in August and so the AC struggled a bit to keep up. Also the second smaller room doesn't have AC.

Pro: Appartement confortable avec une magnifique vue. Agréable séjour.

Globalement tres satisfaits du séjour

Pro: La vue extraordinaire, l'aménagement des pièces principales, les deux salles de bain, les équipements et ingrédients de base mis à disposition (sel, poivre, huile d'olive, vinaigre,...)

Contro: La taille de la deuxième chambre (très petite), mais surtout l'inconfort du canapé-lit dans celle-ci

A Killer View

Pro: The killer view! Very soothing and calming. Not too far from the Botanical garden or park, restaurants and point of interests. Gabriel waited for us to open the gate, went over the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We appreciate it!

Contro: The kitchen and under the bathroom sink need deep cleaning. Can use a new refrigerator and washer. Other than that we enjoy our stay. Definitely a memorable stay.
