Pro: We loved the accommodation and views from dining table. Host provided us with excellent suggestions for places to visit for meals etc which really made our trip. Beds super comfy! Loved the lemons Grazie!
Contro: Road to accommodation very steep at times, hire car struggled if had to stop midway which was often as roads tight/oncoming traffic. Therefore didn't use car just walked up and down hill - quite a hike. But must have been good for my fitness 😀. WiFi only really worked in kitchen area.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy quiet time, and great base for exploring the region from here
Pro: The apartment is super cozy and wonderfully welcoming, charming garden, great bed/bedroom, well working kitchen, phantastic open views across Rapallo and all the way to the sea and surrounding hills. It's both charming and functional, a rather rare combination to find - great pick, would absolutely recommend to go. Owners live in vicinity, we happened to meet them and had wonderful moments and got great tips and a special food treat - making the visit even more special.
Contro: Nothing major, just a few small things, some of which owners may fix, some of which are inherent to set up: - Nowadays, automatic key pick up via a key box (with clear instructions via mail) would seem a better option than needing to coordinate in somehow constrained way via agency with potential upcharge if coming late. To include clear instructions for using key to close door (not everybody is used to lifting handles- before turning the key) etc. - meeting owners was very nice and enjoyable, the agency lady was friendly and nice, but not really value add - Kitchen is very well equipped overall, but might have a few complementary items to be fully functional - Internet/Wifi a bit spotty sometimes - Parking is available and clearly a sort of luxury in a place like this in Italy, but a 2-3 minute walk and need to get out of car to open gate each time with keys - consider getting a remote :-)

Pro: De locatie qua uitzicht. Maar eerlijk daar heb je weinig aan want in principe ben je nauwelijks op appartement. Wij hebben auto geparkeerd bij locatie, is een steile smalle privé weg omhoog, maar t kan! Want er rijden ook busjes omhoog. Parking is veilig achter hek. Wij hebben gewoon scooter gehuurd. Want lopend is t allemaal ver, telkens die steile klim... Scooter is leuk en perfect voor kust aan beide zijden van Rapallo te verkennen!!
Contro: De randen van t bed steken uit, zat onder de blauwe plekken!! Stom bed, hahaha. Op zich sliep de matras prima. De eigenaren wonen aan de tuin met hun eigen stuk van t huis. Je voelt wel dat zij je in de gaten houden. En boven t begane grond appartement zit nog een appartement op de 1e verdieping. Ook van hun voor de verhuur. Dit balkon kijkt ook uit op de tuin van 'jouw appartement'. Wij hadden leuke bovenburen, haha.

Der Anstieg zur Wohnung lohnt sich für die tolle Aussicht!
Pro: die Aussicht ist sehr besonders. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und gibt einem tolle Tipps.
Contro: 3/4 des Kleiderschrankes ist verschlossen. Die beiden Türen die offen sind, sind voll mit Bettzeug usw. Auf Nachfrage, wo wir denn nun unsere Kleidung lassen sollen, gab es keine Antwort. Da die Besitzer direkt daneben wohnen und immer an der Wohnung vorbei laufen, hat man sich etwas kontrolliert gefühlt.
