Ampio e confortevole appartamento nel cuore di Parma con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni

Pro: L'appartamento, vicinissimo al centro, è ampio, colorato, arredato con grande creatività e dotato di tutto ciò che occorre, cucina completa compresa. Non mancano un grande tavolo da pranzo e un divano ad angolo. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo! Ci siamo trovati molto bene, come a casa. Mi viene da pensare che potrei viverci anche per un lungo periodo! Emanuela, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, è stata accogliente e attenta alle nostre richieste. Altamente consigliato!!!

Contro: Sul grande televisore presente nell'area salotto non sono visibili i canali del digitale terrestre. Abbiamo potuto però vedere i canali su RAI Play, grazie al prezioso intervento di Emanuela.

Pro: Molto carino e curato l'arredamento. Posto molto accogliente e pulito. Posizione centrale e silenziosa. Consigliatissimo!

Great apartment in super location (pity it is with management company not local owner)

Pro: Lovely apartment, spacious and well set up. In a good part of town with great pastry shop for breakfast around the corner. Bedrooms large with very comfy beds, spacious/lounge and dining with well equiped kitchen. Enough basics to cook if you wished.

Contro: A lot of automated emails telling me irrelevant details to my booking, while not answering query I had. Day prior to arriving was advised to collect keys from a different location (property management agency). Got asked a number of times (by email and their online registration form) to pay tourist/city tax, this had already been paid on booking.com. Thin walls and floors so you do hear neighbours.

Lovely apartment

Pro: This is a lovely spacious apartment which has been beautifully decorated. We arrived quite late and the town was busy and noisy but the apartment was on a lovely quiet street but still only a few minutes walk to everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for extended stay in the historic section of Parma

Pro: Great location in the historic section of Parma. Easy walking distance to major sites and many restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well functioning bathroom and appliances. Elevator and washing machine a plus. Art in apartment was cheerful and entertaining. Parking nearby. We would stay here again!

Pro: Appartement bien placé, proche du centre et d'un garage public et non loin d'un mini market. Bien équipé et à la decoration originale , nous avons passé un sejour agréable.

Pro: Appartement très confortable ! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour ! Emplacement au top dans le centre ville
