Pro: Ci è piaciuto tutto. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima a tutti i monumenti e i luoghi da visitare. L'appartamento è grazioso e nuovo, e ha tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Il proprietario ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande fin dal momento della prenotazione; è stato molto gentile e attento durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto!

Pro: Appartamento appena rinnovato e molto accogliente. Posizione ottima. Molto consigliato.

Pro: L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, offrendo così tutti i comfort , bagno comodo e doccia comodissima. Si trova in pieno centro e si possono raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città. Inoltre ci sono molti locali nelle vicinanze dove è possibile cenare o fare un aperitivo.

Parma

Pro: Appartamento praticamente in centro, ristrutturazione recente, al secondo piano, dotato di ogni confort; non c'è l'ascensore. I parcheggi vicini a pagamento consentono la sosta per 2h.

Contro: Nulla

A very advantageous place to stay in Parme

Pro: The location was excellent and within walking distance to the main sights and pick up location for our Parma ham and cheese tour and cooking class. The apartment adequately warm and the host provided nice breads, croissants, jams and coffee pods. Public car parking was within easy walking distance.

Contro: I wasn't aware that the apartment was on the second floor and that there was no lift only stairs which weren't easy to negotiate with 20kg suitcases for a 67 yo man and his wife

Excellent location and very comfortable

Pro: The location was excellent, a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre. The host was helpful and very easy to contact through booking.com or Wattsapp. The property was recently renovated and the facilities were clean and very comfortable.

Contro: There was nothing that I didn’t like. There are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment - it was no problem for us.

Amazing hospitality, we had a great support from the owner and the flat has everything you need for your stay in Parma.

Pro: Beautiful flat in the heart of Parma, you can easily walk to the centre with lots or restaurants nearby. The place is clean and super comfortable.

Excellent location but missing basics that will make a big difference.

Pro: The location of the apartment was excellent and it was comfortable and spacious.

Contro: Although advertised as an equipped apartment with a kitchen, it was missing several basic essentials. There was no salt or pepper, no proper chopping knives, and no way to make coffee beyond three custom (non-Nespresso) coffee pods, which is inadequate for a two-day stay for two people. We had planned to cook some meals to take a break from eating out, and while this was not impossible, the lack of basics made it unnecessarily difficult. The apartment was also missing basic cleaning supplies, including washing machine detergent, a clothes horse, cloths, and a surface cleaner. When we raised the missing basics, the host was not particularly helpful and explained that these items were not provided because guests steal them. This justification feels unfair and not in the spirit of hospitality, as it penalises respectful guests and forces short-term visitors to buy basic kitchen and cleaning items they likely cannot use again while travelling.
