Pro: Appartamento delizioso e accogliente, situato in zona molto centrale al primo piano di un palazzo storico . Pulito e silenzioso, appare ristrutturato da poco con colori tenui e rilassanti. Nessun problema al check in e al check out

Contro: Niente, era tutto bello e come me lo aspettavo

Pro: Appartamento molto confortevole in un’ottima posizione. Zona silenziosa e letto comodo. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Vacanza a Parma

Pro: Appartamento nuovissimo,molto pulito , ristrutturato e arredato con gusto,ideale per la nostra vacanza

Pro: Tutto era pulito e curato, con ogni comfort necessario. La posizione è ideale, proprio al centro, vicino a negozi e ristoranti, quindi molto comoda per visitare la città.

Pro: posizione eccellente e centrale, appartamento nuovissimo, ben arredato, molto silenzioso ed accogliente

Contro: la copertura internet con TIM non è sufficiente per aprire la porta con il link. è necessario avvicinarsi molto all'ingresso per utilizzare il wi-fi dell'appartamento

Accogliente e funzionale

Pro: Posizione eccellente, centralissimo e silenzioso, l'appartamento interamente ristrutturato con phon e ferro da stiro, bagno nuovo e doccia perfetta, armadi capienti. Ordinato, pulito e funzionale. Proprietari disponibili per ogni imprevisto o difficoltà, anche a distanza. Piccolo soggiorno con TV, stoviglie e piatti nuovi, letto comodo.

Contro: Tutto perfetto

Appartamento bellissimo, comodo e confortevole

Pro: Appartamento nuovo e curato in ogni dettaglio; gradevole in tutto e per tutto, merita di essere trattato bene come e più di casa propria.

Contro: Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto; solo la doccia non è comodissima da utilizzare.

Pro: I stayed for 8 nights. The location of the place is outstanding, right in the heart of the city. It is very silent, you don’t hear any noices. The apartment is equipped overall very well. If there was anything missing it was replaced within a short time. The kitchenette is equipped well. The bathroom is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is working very well, both in the bedroom and the living area, it has Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Overall the internet worked very well for me inside the apartment. The last 3 nights my children visited and stayed in the other apartment, which is very cute.

Contro: If there’s anything, then it was when I checked in. Since the apartment is in the back of the house my internet connection wasn’t stable enough to check in without trouble to communicate. Also the light is on a short timer, so you need to move a bit that the light turns back on again. If you have done all this once it’s very straight forward and easy afterwards. The heating is on a timer, the owner explained to me. Sometimes during the day it was a bit cool and the floor was also a bit cold. Overall it was no big issue for me.

Recently renovated and in the heart of a great neighborhood

Pro: It’s clearly newly renovated and the location was great. Had almost everything we needed.

Contro: The bed was firm as a plank of concrete. The pillows were extremely flat, so overall the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was impossible to figure out how to use it. There wasn’t enough paper towel or toilet paper. Also there were lot any cleaning supplies. The floor was also quite dusty. There were pillows and a blanket on the bed that are not washed between guests.
