Pro: Adatta alle nostre esigenze ed in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi (10-15 min)le principali attrazioni di Parma

Contro: Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio

Pro: Gentilezza, pulizia e ampia disponibilità di acqua, capsule di caffè, ecc

Nuova struttura a ridosso del centro storico.

Pro: Davvero nuova e pulita, molto accogliente e luminosa. Si vede che è stata ristrutturata da poco e la mobilia è nuovissima e c’è anche una discreta dotazione di stoviglie ecc

Contro: C’erano solo 2 cialde di caffè! Eravamo 2 gli ospiti e se uno di noi avesse voluto un caffè in piu’?

Lo consiglio sicuramente!

Pro: Struttura molto carina ed accogliente con il necessario, cucina nuova e bagno abbastanza grande, letto comodo anche se un po’ troppo vicino al termosifone e alla finestra ma credo sia soggettivo. Dotata di asciugamani pulite e profumate e anche un armadio grande per chi volesse soggiornare per più di una notte.

Contro: Per essere un b&b mi sarei aspettata che ci fossero dei biscotti o qualcosa per appunto la breakfast, c’era solo il caffè, ci ha accolto una signora molto gentile e mi hanno risposto subito all’arrivo quindi non ho dovuto aspettare l’host a lungo per poter entrare in casa.

Pro: Rapporto qualità prezzo Ottimo. Centralissimo, comodo per raggiungere i centri culturali ed i servizi fondamentali.

Bellissimo viaggio gastronomico a Parma

Pro: Monolocale molto piccolo ma carino e accogliente. In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico

Contro: Un pò scomoda la caldaia messa sopra un lato del letto

Comodo al centro

Pro: La stanza è a due passi dal centro, molto pulita, con tutto.il necessario. C'è anche una cucina con tutto l'occorrente, noi però non la abbiamo utilizzata perché abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte. Prezzo ottimo

Lovely little apartment near the city center

Pro: The apartment is quite centrally located. There are several places to eat and get drinks nearby and it's less than 5 minutes walk to a major thoroughfare in the city center. There's also a nice outdoor mall with a grocery store, restaurants, and shops about 10-15 minutes away by foot. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional and a huge positive. It was also nice having a coffeemaker in the morning and convenient to have a fridge to store our Parmesan cheese. The wifi worked well, and the apartment was very clean. The bathroom was great, the hot water worked perfectly after a few minutes, and the water pressure was good. I loved the soap in the shower :)

Contro: The apartment is near a school, so sometimes it's a little noisy in the morning if you leave the windows open. This is no fault of the apartment, but there is a construction site directly across the street with some standing water - so be sure to at least close the shutters to keep the bugs out. Otherwise, no complaints!

Very good value for money, lovely staff

Pro: The place didn't have many reviews yet because it is new, but it was very worth the try. Maria was very sweet and helpful with everything. We had coffee and water in the place and enjoyed our stay very much despite the small room. Very nice shower, good location. Leaving our luggage the next morning after check-out was no problem.

Contro: The bed is quite small, rather for a single person or a couple, the hot-water boiler hangs above it. But given the small size of the room, there is little other way, and it was nevertheless comfortable.

Ha legközelebb is a városba megyek, biztos hogy ezt a szállást választom.

Pro: A szálláshoz nagyon közel volt minden. Éttermek, parkolóház, belváros. Tiszta, tökéletesen felszerelt kis ékszerdoboz. Csak ajánlani tudom.

Contro: Nem volt ilyen.
