Basuetta Apt in historIcal center with AC

Pro: Appartamento situato nel pieno centro di Monterosso. La proprietaria, super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, ci ha fatto addirittura trovare un letto in più su nostra richiesta di modo che potessimo avere più spazio per riposare durante la notte. Di sotto sono presenti bar per fare colazione, diversi ristoranti sia per fare merenda (focacce, dolci, gelati, etc) sia per i pasti principali. La cucina, sebbene sia piccola, dispone di tutto l'essenziale qualora si voglia preparare qualcosa. Presenti anche diversi alimentari e una macelleria

Contro: Non consiglierei questo posto per chi ha problemi alle gambe in quanto per poter entrare nell'appartamento vi sono delle scale abbastanza ripide. Non che sia impossibile salire/scendere, ma bisogna sempre fare attenzione a non farsi male e ad appoggiare bene i piedi. Il bagno, privo di finestre, dispone di una ventola per far arieggiare la stanza che però è vecchia, sporca e molto rumorosa. Spero la facciano cambiare presto

Pro: Very spacious. We used double bed in the lounge rather than the two single beds in the separate bedroom.

Contro: Had to request an electric kettle which the owner had removed. Agent resolved the issue.

Location location

Pro: The location was the best, close to restaurants, playground for the children and the beach.

Pro: Our stay was fantastic, our host was helpful and responsive to any problems we may have had. One of the hosts met us and gave us a quick tour of the place, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Cinque Terre. Additionally, the location was perfect, right by lots of shops, restaurants, and even a beach club. Just a couple minutes walk from other towns or a cheap train ticket.

Contro: Upon arrival we had problems with the shower door being difficult, however, we informed our host and he was responsive and quick to fix the issue!

Pro: Host was great with communication. Apartment is great value for money. very central. apartment was also nice and cool even though it doesn't have aircon. would recommend.

Pro: Great location! Air conditioning was nice. Access to the beach, places to eat and shopping. The apartment was comfortable and easy to manage.

Overall, it was a good place to stay and I do recommend it to others.
