Pro: Appartamento pulito e confortevole dotato di biancheria da bagno e letto e con cucina attrezzata, praticamente nel centro storico di Monterosso e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Host estremamente gentile e disponibile che ha fornito utili indicazioni anche per visitare i dintorni e per la ristorazione.

Contro: E' andato tutto bene

Charming and well equipped apartment close to the center

Pro: Very nice apartment in good shape. Kitchen well equipped (fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, dishes). Little balcony with sea view and a table for two. Situated at the edge of town, therefore quiet. Since Monterosso is small, you can walk to the center in 5 minutes (beware, the ascent/descent is steep). Bakery, grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable large double bed. 2 TVs (one in each bed room). We called the landlord when we were in front of the apartment. He came with the keys within 5 minutes and explained the apartment. As a welcome there was focaccia, a local cake, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Very sweet.

Contro: One of the double beds had a metal frame which squeaked loudly on every turn. We moved to the second bed room where the bed had a sturdy wooden frame which made no noise. So we were fine. (We were only one couple in the apartment, so we didn't need the second bed.) The landloard promised to fix the squeaking, so hopefully it will be OK for the next occupants. The balcony would have been too small for 4, but for the two of us it was perfect for breakfast or a quiet reading hour.

We had a wonderful stay - location was perfect and the apartment clean and had everything !

Pro: The property was located off one of the main roads but we werent sure where we were when we came out of the station and I rang the host and he gave me instructions and met us half way which was very helpful. Also on arrival he had left us some focaccia and a fruit pie which was delicious ! It was easy to contact him by whatsapp when we had a couple of questions.

Contro: Absolutely nothing - the place was perfect !

Perfect for a few days visiting Cinque Terre

Pro: Central, clean, good value, some essentials provided (water, tea, coffee, juice, even beer - nice touch!). Vincenzo was very helpful

Pro: Property was in excellent walking position and close to everything.

Contro: Beds were comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. I did feel the kitchen was in need of attention, it was tidy but didn’t feel clean enough for my personal liking.

Pro: Bra läge och mitt i stan. Vår värd var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Contro: Lite ljudligt på natten men det får man räkna med när man bor centralt.

Pro: Bra centralt läge med balkong och havsutsikt. Två bra sovrum och ett välutrustat kök.

Contro: Något bedagat, men ändå välordnat och välstädat. En brutal backe upp till entrén.

Días idílicos con ausencia de limpieza en cocina

Pro: La ubicación excepcional. La distribución del apartamento muy buena con habitaciones amplias y colchones muy cómodos. Grandes armarios en las habitaciones. Cocina amplia con nevera amplia. Las vistas desde la terraza muy buena.

Contro: La falta de limpieza, sobre todo en la cocina y sus utensilios. Necesitaría un plan renove en todo lo relacionado a la cocina.
