Non sembra di stare in Liguria…accoglienza TOP!!!
Pro: Siamo stati i primi ospiti di questa fantastica struttura. L’alloggio è stato ristrutturato da poco ma in realtà è una vecchia scuola completamente rifatta con tecnologie dí ultimissima generazione. Casa a zero emissioni provvista di riscaldamento a pavimento, condizionatori/pompe di calore in ogni ambiente, finestre e serrande Velux elettriche. Veranda con tende anti vento anch’esse elettriche. Cucina con piano ad induzione provvista di ogni attrezzatura possibile ed immaginabile. Host gentilissimo ed accogliente. Trovare un benvenuto del genere ti fa pensare di essere arrivato in meridione ma, invece, siamo in Liguria. Consigliatissimo per famiglie numerose grazie alle 3 camere da letto ed i 2 bagni.
Contro: Praticamente niente, è tutto perfetto dalla struttura alla vista sul golfo. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca non è della casa ma della strada per arrivarci. La stessa è piccolina e ci sono le auto degli abitanti che la ostruiscono in molti passaggi. Però sono stato 3 giorni ed ho usato sempre l’auto e, se ce l’ho fatta io che ho un SUV davvero voluminoso, ce la possono fare tutti.

Pro: Plenty of space. Very nice terrace with a sea view. Resident ticket included which makes it very easy to get parking in levanto. Nice location.

Superbe Vue - Logement moderne.
Pro: Décoration - vue - propreté. La localisation Le propriétaire est très sympa - beaucoup de conseils sur le secteur 🤓
Contro: Rien - attention si vous avez un gros véhicule - la route pour monter au logement est étroite.

Contro: Niets. Het bleek een heel goed idee om net buiten de drukte van cinque terre te zitten.

Pro: -super vybavenie (pracka,zehlicka,fen,umyvacka) -klimatizacia v kazdej miestnosti -vsetko zariadenie nove,utulne -ticha lokalita na konci ulice takmer bez susedov -krasny vyhlad s velkou terasou (fotky vyhladov) -velke parkovne miesto -velmi mily prenajimatel
Contro: -jedinym minusom bolo,ze k ubytovaniu vedie velmi uzka cesta - zvladli sme to s SUV,ale teda niekedy to nebolo jednoduche,kedze na kraji parkuju auta.Taxi tiez odmietol prist k ubytovaniu,museli sme prejst na koniec ulice, cca 300metrov.

Pro: Neue und moderne Wohnung mit sehr viel Komfort. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Urlaub so benötigt. Tolle Aussicht auf Levanto und absolut ruhig. gelegen. Vermieter war sehr nett, spricht auch englisch. Zufahrt die letzten 200 Meter zur Wohnung nicht immer ganz einfach, da enge Straße mit seitlich parkenden Fahrzeugen von Anwohnern. Parkplatz steht direkt an der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
