Relax a Modena

Pro: Casa davvero molto accogliente, dove passare attimi di relax e quiete. Non lontano dal centro, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto e mezz’ora a piedi circa. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e ci si sente a casa.

Contro: Un po’ buia la cucina

Pro: La zona è residenziale e l'appartamento è confortevole e ben attrezzato.

Pro: L'attenzione verso l'ospite: ciascuna di noi ha ricevuto un set di 3 asciugamani e un kit bagno davvero accessoriato (pur fermandoci soltanto una notte!) 😊 L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, in una tranquilla zona residenziale. Il centro città si raggiunge in appena 10 minuti di autobus.

Contro: Sconsiglierei di raggiungere il centro storico a piedi: si tratta di oltre 30 minuti, in un contesto urbano non sempre gradevole 😉

Cure mediche s Modena

Pro: Struttura pulita con ampi spazi e cucina attrezzata, ottimo per chi dosta a Modena per wuslche giotno.

Ampio, pulito, piacevole.

Pro: Appartamento ampio, molto pulito in zona residenziale, tranquilla, non centrale ma lungo le grandi via di percorrenza. Ben arredato e piacevole. Un ottimo appartamento. Anche la chiave elettronica è facile da usare.

Comfort e pulizia

Pro: Leggermente lontano dal centro, ma casa enorme, comoda, pulitissima, con ogni confort pensabile e gestori gentilissimi

Pulitissimo e ben organizzato

Pro: Appartamento in zona molto tranquilla, molto pulito, dotato di tutti i confort.

Pro: The apartmant is really comfortable and there is a lot of space. It has two big bedrooms and also a balcony. It is located not far from the city center of Modena and you can walk there. The parking spot is near the property. It has kitchen with all the appliances and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Beautiful.

Wonderful stay, easy entry/exit, super responsive host, value for money

Pro: The best part about the accommodation was the host -- who was always available on Whatsapp, and who helped me quite a bit (helped me with booking cabs, extending the stay by a couple of hours). The entry into the house was very simple, and the house is equipped with air conditioners in each of the bedrooms and the living room. It has a decently stocked kitchen, a huge washroom with functioning washing machine and dryer, and a minimally, but tastefully decorated house. The bus stop is only a couple minutes away by walk, and you can reach the center fairly easily.

Contro: Nothing really negative, but one thing that can be improved is if the kitchen is stocked more (say, muesli for breakfast). Another thing -- which is not really the accommodation's fault -- is that the public bus to the place shuts down at 21.00h, which means you have to take a cab after 21.00 (which Michele helped us with!).

Pro: Clean, modern apartment, appreciate being able to access the unit using online lock rather than faffing about with real keys.

Contro: Minor, minor issues, hard to find the exact location of the unit and toilet flusher is temperamental.
