Pro: Appartamento molto curato nei dettagli, pulito e soprattutto in pieno centro di Modena. Squisiti gli host, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere questa piccola permanenza a Modena molto piacevole.

Pro: Appartamento super accogliente e spazioso, praticamente c’è tutto quello di cui una famiglia ha bisogno. Posizione in pieno centro storico e proprietari molto cordiali. Consigliato!

Pro: Appartamento spazioso in pieno centro comodissimo a tutti i servizi. Interni ben curati, luminosi e puliti, di notte davvero molto silenzioso e letto comodo. Le piccole attenzioni come acqua, bollitore con the e infusi, macchina del caffè con cialde e moka con caffè in polvere, sono piccole cose che però dimostrano l'attenzione dei proprietari di questa struttura verso i propri clienti. Noi, in 4 (due adulti e due bimbi), siamo stati davvero bene e torneremo sicuramente come ospiti.

Contro: Nulla, il soggiorno é stato perfetto.

Ottimo alloggio, la differenza la fanno i dettagli a cui i proprietari sono attenti.

Pro: EVERYTHING Owner, Position fantastic tiny road Centre of Town Ice cream Crepes coffee pizza pastrami restaurant bars right outside the beautiful gated large apartment Could’ve help us enough. Much appreciated with walking distance from Ferrari Lamborghini and a bus to Maranello race track and Museum. You must try this super place.

Contro: Very large Private Apartment With very Large rooms very comfortable best beds we’ve slept on. Great position, safe with all facilities and lift. Private gated off the main square. (100 meters) to anywhere in the Town. We will go back sometime with the fast train you can get to an Town in Italy. We went to Rome Naples and Amalfi all in 10 days https://italiatren.com/en

Ideal location in the heart of Modena.

Pro: Perfect location for what we wanted. Very close to amenities. We would definitely book it again if we returned to Modena and definitely recommend it.

Contro: Every morning we were woken up very early ( 5am ) by the noise coming from the street below the bedroom, emptying the bins and the bottles bins!

Pro: Everything was perfect. It is easy to find and access. The host was so kind. The location is amazing. Everything is in walking distance. Every bar and cafe around us has gorgeous food and drink and the apartment is clean and comfortable. We loved being in the heart of everything. Modena is a beautiful place to visit. Thank you.

Pro: The location is amazing — everything is within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, so there’s no need to buy anything extra if you plan to cook. The bathroom is very comfortable, and the beds are super cozy. Communication with the host was very quick. The decoration of the apartment is stylish and tasteful.
