Pro: Appartamento molto centrale, pulito e spazioso. Host super gentile anche per la richiesta di gestione del check out. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: Struttura moderna, curata, pulita, spazziosa e con tutti i comfort. Situata in pieno centro, ma comunque in zona tranquilla, parcheggio esterno a poca distanza. Simone (la nostra persona di contatto) sempre disponibile, gentile e molto premuroso.

Perfetta per vivere Modena

Pro: Centralissimo, pulito e spazioso, viene fornito anche il talloncino per parcheggiare nelle strisce blu

Contro: Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte perché non amiamo l'aria condizionata e fino alle 4 del mattino c'era gente per strada abbastanza rumorosa

Pro: Posizione ottima, pulizia perfetta, stanze ampie Assistenza host molto gentile ed efficiente .

Contro: Una camera senza AC, altra con AC e ventilatore.

Great location

Pro: The location, and the hosts were wonderful. The aparment was clean, we had all the towels and sheets necessary. It was easy to get the key and they let us leave our luggage after checkout which was very helpful. The apartment was large and very warm in the winter which was a plus. Convenient location for the sights and resaurants as well all within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Contro: A bit more attention to detail, for example only 3 coffee capsules when you know there are two adults for two days..at least 4 would have been nice. The toilet seat cover was broken, the sink cracked, and the faux leather on the bed peeling. We felt that the apartment was very clean and a great location. The wifi wasn't working, although they did come over and try to fix it it was unfortuantely unable to be fixed.

Pro: Perfect location. Modena is wonderful. Great host… super recomendable

Pro: -grosses, helles und freundliches appartment -perfekte lage -hundefreundlich

Contro: -sämtliche klimaanlagen viel zu laut und somit unbrauchbar in der nacht; man kann damit nicht schlafen -vorhänge verdunkeln den raum nicht; die zimmer sind am morgen hell -das reinkommen in das appartment ist eine ziemliche challenge am anfang

Pro: Die Lage ist super zentral und die Wohnung sehr gut geschnitten. Das Badezimmer ist groß und modern. Man kann von dort alles zu Fuß erreichen man ist wirklich mitten drin

Contro: Die Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden und ab 17.30 fast alle weg. Dann muss man in die Tiefgarage fahren und bezahlen . Es war etwas wenig Besteck vorhanden z.b Teelöffel.

Pro: Tolle Lage, allerdings kann man nicht vor Ort parken, sondern muss etwas laufen. Große Wohnung, modern eingerichtet mit Waschmaschine bzw. Waschtrockner sogar.

Contro: Unbedingt die Anweisungen des Vermieters beachten, die man digital erhält. Im Apartment liegt eine Parkkarte. Wir hatten kurz vorher gebucht und ich nicht mehr gelesen, dass man Montagmorgen nicht auf den nahen Parkplatz parken darf und promt wurde das Auto abgeschleppt. Das hätte 180€ gekostet, mit Verhandeln haben wir 70€ plus 30 Euro Strafzettel. Der Toilettensitz mus dringend ausgetauscht werden. Und wenn der Handyakku mal versagen sollte, kommt man nicht mehr ins Haus.

Pro: Très bonne localisation dans une petit rue très calme, très propre et très bien équipé.Possibilités de parkings proches (avec l'attestation de séjour) ou grand parking sous-terrain proche au niveau de l'université.
