Pro: Molto cordiali, puliti,disponibili,posizione della casa perfetta perché vicina alla stazione e al centro di Levanto , anche la casa è molto carina

Pro: Ottima posizione dell'immobile, comodo al centro, alle spiagge, alla stazione dei treni. Gestione molto professionale dell'immobile e pronta assistenza in caso di necessita'. Grazie e a presto!

Pro: Logistica e servizi. Comodissimo il posto auto. A 50 mt dal centro, a 200 mt da supermercato. 5-6 minuti a piedi da negozi/ristoranti o stazione. Per chi intende Levanto anche come porta per visitare i paraggi è estremamente comodo.

Contro: Come sempre (anche in altre strutture prenotate tramite booking) i 35 euro per il cane ritengo che siano fuori luogo considerando il prezzo del soggiorno.

OTTIMA CASA ,BEN ATTREZZATA E DOTATA DI TUTTI I CONFORT

Pro: La casa è molto carina , ben attrezzata e dotata di tutti i confort. Si trova in una posizione strategica perché vicina la stazione e al centro, dove in soli 5 minuti a piedi si può fare la spesa e/o gustare le delizie tipiche del luogo. Tutto ciò x me e la mia famiglia è un requisito fondamentale x la riuscita di una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della comodità. Agenzie TOP , disponibilissima e sul pezzo. Consiglio vivamente la struttura e chi la gestisce.

Pro: Great location, 5 mins walk from the train station. The house was very clean and spacious. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they were very accommodating and friendly.

Pro: We absolutely loved staying here. It was in a great position. A spacious and inviting place to stay. We had an authentic Italian experience. Would love to stay again. Facilities were excellent.

We loved Levanto, and Mara house would be great for two couples sharing.

Pro: Mara house was well placed for exploring Le Cinque Terre, as it’s very close to the railway station. It is just outside of the centre, but is only a ten minute leisurely stroll to the beach and many restaurants. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The two double bedrooms had huge king sized double beds and plenty of storage.

Contro: The decor throughout is a bit tired. The outside space on the ground floor is grubby, and could do with a jet wash. There was a lingering damp smell on the ground floor, which may have been caused by the excessive amount of rain they’ve had in the area. There are no window blinds or curtains, only shutters, so we had to devise a makeshift screen when using the bathroom. Even net curtains would afford some measure of privacy. The property is listed as three bedrooms, but the third is a small day bed, not really suitable for an adult.

Une très bonne adresse pour profiter de la région et être au calme

Pro: Proche de la gare, du centre-ville (commerces et restaurants, stationnement facile du fait de la proposition d'une place de parking privée, calme, peu de circulation. Appartement très bien équipé, confortable et fonctionnel . Par beau temps les 2 terrasses doivent être très agréables

Pro: Die Lage (sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig) und die Grösse der Wohnung waren toll. Auch die Aussenbereiche (Gartensitzplatz und Dachterrasse) waren haben uns gefallen.

Contro: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (Küche) war etwas minimalistisch. Auch waren die Steckdosen ziemlich alt.
