Toccata e fuga in famiglia!

Pro: Appartamento pulito, nuovo, dotato di tutti i comfort. In posizione strategica per visitare le 5 terre. In centro vicino a ristoranti, farmacia ecc... Parcheggio accanto riservato in cortile recintato. Presente qualcosa per colazione, molto apprezzato (caffè, the, fette biscottate). A disposizione set bagno, stoviglie e detersivi. Check in rapido. Proprietari molto disponibili! Per un soggiorno breve tornerei!

Contro: Purtroppo la culla predisposta per il bimbo piccolo era maleodorante. Parcheggio seconda auto a pagamento 15€.

Pro: Appartamento nuovo, curato e molto pulito.Posizione eccezionale proprio in centro con parcheggio. A disposizione macchina del caffè’, qualche genere di prima necessità e Wi-Fi gratuito. Ingresso in casa molto moderno con codice di sicurezza.

Pro: The apartment is situated so well… a short walk to the beach… a short walk to the train station to catch the train to the cinque terra villages… easy and spacious parking… easy to find… all round a great stay…

Incredible location for Cinque Terre

Pro: An excellent launching pad for Cinque Terre with the train just 10 mins away and an easy stroll into the centre of Levanto, which is gorgeous. The hosts thoughtfully leave plenty of coffee pods and some bread & jams for breakfast. Plenty of room to spread out too.

Contro: Other reviewers have mentioned the shower leaks (don’t leave anything on the floor of the bathroom if you don’t want it wet) and the dirty floors - they just need a good scrub. You have to send an email to get the access details - if you don’t get a response at least by the morning of check in, follow up via WhatsApp. They didn’t receive my email so it took longer than it should have to check in. The main bed was too firm for me (I like a soft bed) but easily fixed by using the mattress off the sofa bed as a topper. The bin hasn’t been emptied. I think the location and ease outweigh any of these minor issues so I’d stay there again

Fabulous

Pro: My friend and I loved the apartment. It was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed available. The terrace was delightful, however the weather prevented us from enjoying it. It was an easy walk to shops, the beach and the train.

Contro: The beds were not so comfortable. There is no possibility to leave the luggage after check-out on the premises.

Pro: Easy access to the apartment with help of just a pin code. Great location, private parking slot. The apartment is clean, comfortable. Also there are air conditioning, coffee machine. Great place to spend a vacation.

Contro: No washing machine. But we found a way - there is a laundromat located not far from the apartment.

Pro: The appartment was only about 5 minutes by foot to the beach or 10 minutes to the train station. There are numerous bakeries, supermarkets, vegetable stores or restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed trying out different stores. The beds were really comfortable and it was good to have a wardrobe for our clothes in the bedrooms. There was even an umbrella, incase one did not bring their own. There were sufficient glasses, pots, frying pans and plates. It was nice to have dishwasher and washing machine. When we had a question, we received a reply shortly. Self Check-in was good to understand and worked well. We did not have a car but there is a gated parking lot right next to the appartment.

Pro: easy to access, fabulous location with carpark, very clean and well appointed . communication from the hosts was excellent!
