Una piacevole sorpresa

Pro: Posizione centrale, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni accessorio per la permanenza.

Pro: Posizione comodissima, vicina al mare e alla ferrovia. Vicinanza di negozi e ristoranti. Appartamento arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni accessorio per la permanenza. Terrazza molto spaziosa. Sembra di essere a casa propria! Il proprietario è una persona squisita.

Contro: Al mattino presto un certo rumore di voci nella stanza matrimoniale, proveniente, credo, dal panificio sottostante.

Fantastic base to explore Cinque Terra.

Pro: Easy walk to Train Station & town. Parking was included (though was on the street near the property, not at the property) Everything we needed with a stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. Plenty of space to relax after a days exploring. We would happily return to Cà Laudemia if we were ever in Cinque terra again. The hosts were available in the apartment downstairs if we had any issues, but we did not see them during our stay after the handover, so it still felt private.

Contro: There was noise/ loud voices from downstairs (possibly bakery) early in the morning. The provided parking was in the main street, near the property, so bags had to be carried in. Initial meeting was a little difficult as we were given a location to meet, but no advice on what/who we were looking for. May have been a little more difficult for us due to the language barrier.

Excellent apartment in Levanto

Pro: Lovely bright spacious apartment and very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Good location, near the seafront, old town and transport. Excellent choice for any time of year.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor de Cinque Terre (dichtbij station)

Pro: We werden opgewacht door de host die ons naar parkeerplek en appartement begeleide vanaf de hoofdweg. Het appartement had goede airconditioning. De kamers, badkamers, bedden, keuken waren prima. Uitstekende lokatie

Contro: Er is in de vroege ochtend wat geluidsoverlast van de onderliggende bakkerij. Echter dit vonden wij niet erg en als je raam dicht doet is het niet storend.

Fabulous time is a quaint little town. Fantastic walk to the next town.

Pro: Very close to the train station and 2 full baths. The balcony and security gate were a big perk!

Contro: The mattresses were pretty firm and the neighbors talk very loudly at 5:30 am. Bring your ear plugs! We didn’t discover that we could close the shutters until the second night. You may want to leave a message to us dumb Americans.

Pro: Nous avons tout aimé, nos hôtes étaient disponibles et adorables, l'appartement est grand propre, super bien situé en dehors de la zone touristique mais proche de tout, à 5 minutes à pieds du train pour commencer les visites. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés, surtout si vous voulez éviter de loger dans une zone de tourisme de masse dans les autres villages, Levanto est vraiment l'endroit idéal. Concernant les commentaires sur la rue bruyante, c'est supportable, et je vous rappelle que vous êtes en Italie: ça bouge, ça parle fort, ça rit fort, il y a de la vie !!!
