Wonderful stay in a spacious apartment near the beach

Pro: We had a great time staying at this apartment in Italy! The location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it super easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The apartment itself was very spacious and had a lot of room to relax. The kitchen was especially large and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The living room was cozy and had a TV for relaxing in the evenings. There were two bedrooms – one located upstairs and the other facing the street. While the location was overall quiet, we did hear some music and street noise in the evenings from the bedroom facing the road. Check-in was very easy and convenient, using a key code system. What we loved most was the charm and personal touch of the apartment – it really felt like a home away from home.

Contro: One thing to keep in mind: parking is not available directly at the apartment. You have to find a spot somewhere in the town, which means a short walk of about 5–10 minutes depending on where you find parking. It can be a bit noisy at night, depending on the events in the city.

Pro: The apartment is fabulous and in a fantastic, central location in the old part of town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the original feature of the tiled floor in the living room is beautiful. The hosts are lovely people. I would come back without hesitation. Very good location, perfect value for money, nice owners.

Pro: Very good location, it is in the very old part of Levanto, cozy apartment, super equipped kitchen and furniture. Charming owners. Absolut worth every penny paid for! Cinque Terre and Portofino is very close by train, forgot the car during our stay.

Contro: There were nothing.

Super séjour

Pro: L emplacement, parfait tout faire à pied et pouvoir laisser la voiture au parking avec la carte de stationnement, c était nickel. La réactivité de notre propriétaire Et ses informations précieuse pour améliorer notre séjour. Merci.

Contro: Une petite cafetière avec des dosettes aurais été un plus.

Prima voor een strandvakantie met activiteiten.

Pro: De locatie is prima: dichtbij het strand en andere leuke voorzieningen.

Contro: Niets.

Pro: Все очень понравилось , по возможности приедем еще раз , квартира оснащена всем необходимым и даже больше )

Pro: Sehr schöne Wohnung an toller Lage. Sehr komfortable Betten. Einfacher und netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Nahe vom Strand, Park, Restaurants, Einkaufen, etc., und trotzdem ruhige Gasse.

Contro: Es hat drei Ventilatoren, aber wenn es draussen heiss ist, ist es auch in der Wohnung heiss. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen geht nicht unbedingt, da die Möwen teils laut sind 😅 Für einen nächsten Aufenthalt würden wir daher eher im Frühling oder Herbst kommen.

We had a comfortable stay and would recommend this place.

Pro: Location was excellent in the historic old town, close to the train station, restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. Apartment was clean and matched the photos on the listing. Being in the center of the town can get noisy but the windows had great insultation and was sound proof when closed. The host, Mariagrazia, was very responsive and communicated well. She was accommodative and let us check out late so we didn't have to wait at the railway station.

Contro: They had provided plenty of towels but they were all the size of hand towels! It would be nice to have regular bath size towels. Some coffee bags in the kitchen would have been great.

Pro: Bien situé, rue piétonne au calme. Propriétaire arrangeant et disponible. Bonne literie. Appartement propre et spacieux.

Contro: Se serait un plus, s'il y avait un grille pain, du liquide vaisselle.
