Aria di Mare

Pro: Posizione ottima, a 2 passi da stazione e 10 a piedi da centro

Contro: Un po' scomodo l'entrata e impianto di riscaldamentro da rivedere.. se accendevo stufetta soggiorno con stufetta bagno saltava la corrente.

Pro: arrivate in anticipo, ci è stato permesso di effettuare il check in mattinata. appartamento in ottima posizione, proprio dietro la stazione ( I treni si sentono veramente poco durante la notte) dotato di ogni comfort. cucina ben attrezzata con anche microonde e fornetto elettrico, letto matrimoniale comodo, ampio divano. Bagno piccolo con doccia lavatrice e anche i prodotti per eventualmente pulire. grazie a kristina e il suo papà per averci ospitate!

Contro: un pochino scomodo solo l'armadio all'interno del bagno proprio di fronte al wc che lascia poco spazio per passare verso la doccia ma sono case vecchie, di più non si può pretendere per ottimizzate gli spazi!

Soggiorno gradevole

Pro: Appartamento al primo piano, accessibile dall'esterno da una rampa di scale. Rinnovato, carino, curato, molto pulito. Buona posizione a pochi passi dal centro ed ottima per la vicinanza della stazione. Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile.

Cosy apartment ideally located

Pro: The property was ideally located - 2 min to the train, 10 min to the beach, by foot. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you'd need for a home cooked meal. We were offered plenty of towels and sheets / blankets for the bed, which were all much needed given the daily beach trips. Thankfully, there was a functioning AC, which made the scorching heated days much more enjoyable. Given that all the towns in the area are built on hills, it was a relief that there wasn't much climbing to the property (on the street or by stairs) and it was easily accesible. The owners were nice enough to give us an extra hour during the check-out, as we were packing up our bags. We'll definitely return and we reccommend it!

Contro: The 2 rooms are more like a studio with an annex, separated by a detachable wall, so it had a bit less privacy between the rooms than expected, but all was well. And we kept the detachable wall open, so the AC would circulate between both sleeping areas.

très content de la prestation du logement

Pro: L'appartement est très bien placé en ville proche de la gare. Les propriétaires sont très charmante et très à l'écoute de leur locataire.

Contro: Mais il a les inconvénients de ses avatanges, car très bien placé on a un peu les bruits de la ville. Mais cela ne fait pas oublier tous les avantages du logement

Pro: L'appartement est situé tout près de la gare. ( Il existe un raccourci à gauche sous le pont de chemin de fer à droite en sortant de l'appartement.) C'est pratique pour rayonner aux 5 terres.

Contro: La salle de bain est très exigüe.

Parfait pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Pro: Emplacement parfait à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare. Pareil pour aller voir le centre et la mer. C'est un petit appartement confortable et climatisé.

Contro: Exiguïté dans les toilettes sdb. Manque d'équipements et d'aspects pratiques. Attention il faut avoir un peu de chance pour se garer.
