Pro: Posizione con vista mare, ristoranti e bar sotto casa. Appartamento rinnovato, ampio e confortevole.

Contro: Qualche appendino in bagno e un tappetino per l'uscita della doccia sarebbero utili.

Pro: Molto comodo i materass,i nuovi immobili staff molto disponibili e puntuale

Contro: Molto rumore il treno sembra che passi in casa, e un punto molto affollato ed per quello c'è molto rumore di notte

Pro: Good communication from host who met us on arrival. Good size apartment just over the road from the beach

Contro: The air conditioning was only in the front room. Really needed it in more places or as a minimum a fan in each of the bedrooms. Plus the train track ran between the apartment and beach.

Pro: The appartement is nice, clean, cozy and there is a parking spot right next to it. I really liked the blue-white design. looked very fresh. In general, I recommend to stay here, but without children.

Contro: Though this was in the description, I must mention that there was neither microwave, nor kettle. As a family with three young children, we can't do without these things, so we had to bring ours. Fortunately we came by car. If not, we wouldn't sadly book this place at all. Also, the sea view, as it is in my photos, it's obstructed. But the worst thing is the old window frames in bedrooms. Even if they were closed, we heard literally every conversation and every car on the street. There were a lot of people, and the traffic was busy...

Pro: Schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Gute Pizzeria gleich nebenan.

Pro: L'appartement est très propre,la situation est géniale. Des restaurants excellents en bas de l'appartement. La place de parking.

Pro: Byt bol veľký, čistý, kuchyňa nová, klimatizácia aj balkón. Izby aj kúpeľňa čisté, nové. V noci Trebalo mať zatvorené okná aby vás nerušil vlak. Parkovanie hneď pri vchode. V blízkosti obchod s potravinami. S autom blízko do Chiavari aj SEstri Levante.

Pro: Все было отлично! Большое спасибо! Квартира большая и просторная! До моря рукой подать! Внизу ресторан мы не готовили кушать ели там, все очень вкусно.

Pro: Vom Balkon aus Blick aufs Meer, Strand ca. 20 m entfernt, Markise und Balkonmöbel vorhanden, Durchgang vom Haus durch Unterführung unter der Straße durch, 2-3 Restaurants 1-2 Minuten entfernt, 3 große Schlafzimmer und Esszimmer mit Esstisch und bequemem Sofa und TV , eigener Parkplatz, ideal für bis zu 6 Personen, Nespressomaschine in Küche vorhanden, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, Bahnhof 200-300 m entfernt (z.B. Richtung cinque terre), gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Strände mit Sand und auch Kies

Contro: Durchgangsstraße direkt vor dem Haus durch, Bahnlinie direkt neben der Durchgangsstraße, Entfernung zum Zentrum Lavagna 1,5-2 km
