Pro: Appartamento molto ampio, spazioso e pulito. Spazi luminosi, cucina abbastanza ben fornita di attrezzature e stoviglie, coerente col numero di persone che può ospitare l'appartamento. Terrazza spaziosa, comoda e ottima vista. Molto carino il salotto. Ci sono dei supermercati nelle vicinanze e i mezzi pubblici passano poco distante. Il servizio di check-in e check-out è ottimo.
Contro: L'appartamento è fuori rispetto al centro città, ma comunque in posizione abbastanza comoda. Purtroppo, però, la zona non è ottima: sporca, non ben frequentata e rumorosa, sia di giorno che di notte. Inoltre, è praticamente impossibile trovare parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Di fronte all'appartamento, comunque, ci sono diversi parcheggi a pagamento.

Pro: The appartment has an amazing view of La Spezia and the surrounding hills and sea. Great, huge terrace. Very comfortable, spacious appartment.
Contro: A bit far from downtown on foot with kids.

This apartment is the best option in La Spezia.
Pro: Everything was perfect! The view is stunning and make the stay a way better. The apartment is very large with all facilities in place. The bed and pillows are so comfortbale!

Beautiful, sunny, spacious and very well equiped place to stay
Pro: Beautiful and specious, very sunny, full of light apartment. Very well equiped, especially for those, who prefer to cook at home. We really enjoyed our stay and grateful for hospitality and good service.
Contro: The only small thing - it would be nice to have iron in the apartment :). However this didnt affected on our impression as everything else was almost perfect.

Pro: Traumhaft schöne Wohnung, viel Komfort, sauber, geräumig. 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle weg. Super Verbindung in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof.

Grand appartement très confortable avec belle vue à La Spezia
Pro: Tout était très bien. L’appartement urbain, est vraiment spacieux, avec plusieurs commodités, confortable, très propre, parfait pour deux couples; très fenestré, jolie vue sur le port et les montagnes (permet d’admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil), grande terrasse, cuisine très fonctionnelle; lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. Propriétaire facilement joignable pour toute question. Nous avions une auto pour nos déplacements et avons trouvé facilement des stationnements publics à la gare et au port de La Spezia. De là, le train ou le bateau ferry permettent de se rendre facilement entre autres aux Cinque Terre.
Contro: Petits ajouts mineurs afin d’agrémenter davantage le séjour: lampes d’appoint dans les chambres et quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine en plus.

A special place that makes you say, aaahhh. Beautiful harbor views Luxurious unit
Pro: WOW, what a special place. Quite elegant, really. So roomy and comfortable. One of the best appointed places we’ve ever had through vacation rentals. Felt very safe in this location. Nice elevator too.
Contro: The traffic noise was louder than we expected, especially with so many ambulance sirens. Must be a hospital nearby. Got used to it.

Pro: My family of five (two parents and three adult children) loved this apartment! The view is amazing and we liked the location. Check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed. We would have loved to have stayed longer. We all plan to visit Apartmento Decimo Cielo Vista Mare again someday.
Contro: The water pressure was low, but we could live with that for this wonderful apartment and great price.
