Pro: Everything! Super unique place in a fantastic location. The lady who met us was lovely and explained everything. The rooftop terrace was incredible for drinks and snacks and the kitchen and house was so well equipped.

Super Unterkunft!

Pro: Die Vermieterin Serena war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, dennoch ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Top appartement met airco en heerlijke keuken en badkamer.

Pro: Appartement heerlijk, met accomodatie en alles erop en eraan. Prachtig uitzicht van alle kanten. Het ligt leuk op loopafstand van gezellige winkelstraat in Chiavari en Lavagna stadje. En prima op loopafstand diverse stranden.

Contro: De airconditioning in de zitkamer kon niet apart worden bediend en daar was de temperatuur een aantal graden lager dan in de rest van het appartement. Te koud om te verblijven. Of we moesten de airco helemaal uitzetten. We denken dat de thermostaat daar niet werkte/kapot was.

100% stay here - it's wonderful

Pro: The view, the bed, the shower... it was all incredibly luxurious. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was incredibly convenient. The cookware and dishware was all very nice and well kept. The location is a perfect hub for the busier towns surrounding it.

Contro: When checking in, you sign to be responsible for the electrical usage (1€/kwh). Although this wasn't an issue for me being alone in cooler weather, it's not noted on the booking description and was a bit of a surprise.
