Le Rose di Villa Vittoria nel verde a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge

Tutto perfetto

Pro: Appartamento bello e spazioso in una villa immersa nel verde; la proprietaria è stata super gentile e disponibile rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande. Soprattutto, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze in maniera pronta e molto cordiale.

Pro: Vittoria molto gentile e disponibile Struttura semplice,molto accogliente, pulita,munita di cucina forno ,microonde, tosta pane,sale,zucchero, caffè...vari detersivi,TV wi-fi ,adibito di parcheggio privato.... 10 min di macchina da Chiavari....ovviamente lo consiglio

Pro: Un appartamento molto carino,con tutto a disposizione...dal sale è zucchero,a detersivo per piatti e lavatrice.Addiritura anche il caffè.Il giardino anche molto bello,con giochi per bambini.

A great opportunity to go back to our roots.

Pro: The house is comfortable. Parking spot is OK as well. Location for what we needed was perfect. We wanted to stay at Mezzanego / Borgonovo, as it was the home town of my great grand father. The house was very clean, heating worked perfectly, also good hot water for the shower. All the windows are new, so there is very good isolation. Equipment in the kitchen was ok. We had everything we needed, and Vittoria was really helpful and responsive. The bed in the main room is very comfortable. The garden is lovely, and the stream of water flowing right by the side enchanted. It is great to go out for a stroll in the surrounding nature.

Contro: The house seemed to have been closed for a while and there was smell of humidity (still, there were no stains in the walls or mould in any place of the house), so it is likely that it was mainly due to the fact that it is a very old construction and had been closed. The beds in the back room are not comfortable, they are very hard mattresses on pallets (as shown in the property pictures), it would be better to put very simple real beds that would provide a bit more comfort.

Wonderful place to stay!

Pro: Wonderful place 10-15 minutes by car from Chiavari, very friendly host. There were everything I needed, kitchen, washer, wifi, free parking. In 2-5 min walk there are good pizzeria, bar with coffee and Carrefour supermarket.

Contro: Nope.

Pro: We enjoyed our stay a lot in the Rose apartment. It has a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds (the bed in the master bedroom, and also the small ones, the couch in the hall is less comfortable), plenty of hot water in the shower, and an absolutely charming garden surrounded by mountains. The church across the street chimes every half an hour, but it adds to the southern vibe. Vittoria send a throughout instructions about how to find the place and is there to answer your questions. It's about 15 min ride from Chiavari, road quite easy and safe. You can take train from Chiavari (there is a free parking next to the stadium) to all destinations in Liguria. Pizzeria across the street serves great pizzas and amazing desserts. We went for coffee every morning to the tabacceria up the road, and then took a walk around the neighborhood as a start of the day.

A good and quiet place. By car, you can reach great beaches in a few minutes

Pro: The cafe around the corner is just perfect! Communication with the host was great. The accommodation – a part of the villa with its own entrance in the garden – was great. The villa and the garden are older. There are nets in the windows and working shutters. The equipment was absolutely enough, everything was perfectly clean.

Contro: One room had no window, which was an unpleasant surprise. The accommodation needs good ventilation because of humidity.

Pro: Très joli appartement dans un joli cadre. Il est fonctionnel et a tout ce qu’il faut.

Pro: Leuke plek, lekkere gezamenlijke tuin. Vlakbij het strand (10 autominuten) prachtige omgeving. Goedkoop eten vlak naast de deur
